Dr. Rahul Seth is an experienced, double-board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He specializes in surgeries of facial aesthetics and rejuvenation, rhinoplasty and nasal airway breathing, facial reconstruction from skin cancer, craniofacial skeletal and soft tissue trauma, treatment of facial paralysis, and gender-affirming facial surgery. His expertise also includes head and neck free flap tissue transfer, a reconstructive microvascular surgery technique for transplanting tissue from one part of the body to another.

Dr. Johnathan Shih joins Golden State Plastic Surgery as a board eligible plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring, gender-affirming top surgery, and breast cancer reconstruction. At the core of Dr. Shih’s practice philosophy is an emphasis on a patient-centered approach throughout the care experience, from initial consultation through the post-operative recovery and beyond. Through careful listening, engagement, and shared decision-making, Dr. Shih empowers patients to feel fully informed of their options and confident that they are receiving the highest standard of safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Paul T. Rose, MD, JD is a board-certified dermatologist and recognized expert in hair restoration. He earned his medical degree from Downstate Medical Center in New York City, where he was actively involved in immunology research. His work included research appointments at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the immunology division and at Good Samaritan Hospital/Johns Hopkins. Dr. Rose currently offers surgical hair restoration procedures and provides medical consultations and treatments for hair loss. He also serves as a consultant to companies engaged in skin and hair research.

Dr. Anne R. Zhuang is a board-certified dermatologist with advanced fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic/laser dermatology. Dr. Zhuang is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. She has lectured extensively at meetings for these organizations and is the author of several peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters. Dr. Zhuang’s areas of expertise include skin cancer surgery and laser and cosmetic dermatology.
